Welcome to the prime of your life, OR IS IT? 

According to the dictionary, prime is defined as “a state or time of greatest strength, vigour, or success in a person’s life”. At this stage in your life, there maybe many successes but where did that vigour go???? We are told that we are in the prime of our life

BUT somehow it doesn’t feeling that way – the aching joints, excess weight, poor sleep disrupted by hot flashes or bathroom trips, nagging heartburn, lack of energy added to a doctor’s diagnosis of high cholesterol, high blood pressure, diabetes, osteoporosis and arthritis. Add the stress of poor health to the many other stressors in your life and the PRIME of your life may seem more like a dream. Whatever ails you, it has been keeping you from living the life you desire.

And I can definitely relate. I have hit the big 6-0 and while my eduction in nutrition and holistic wellness has been at the cornerstone of my health, I am not immune to the sore joints, digestive issues spurred on by stress, lower back pain….. Along with a family history of heart disease and cancer, I strive for the best possible health through ancestral nutrition, exercise and a holistic lifestyle. I want to continue playing tennis, riding my bike, travelling and enjoying future grandkids well into my later years with energy, vitality and good health.
